Have you ever thought that donating blood could save a life?

On Saturday, September 27, at the collection point located near the RomaEst entrance 2 south, you can participate in a blood donation organized in collaboration with the Italian Red Cross, CRI 6.

From 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

To participate in the donation, you must:

• Be between 18 and 70 years old (over 60 years old, a recent ECG is required)

• Weigh at least 50 kg

• Blood pressure: maximum between 110-160 mmHg, minimum between 60-100 mmHg

• Hemoglobin: ≥ 13.5 g/dL for men and ≥ 12.5 g/dL for women

• Heart rate: between 50-100 bpm

• Please arrive on an empty stomach (a light breakfast is permitted; avoid milk, dairy products, and fatty foods)

Minimum interval between two donations:

- 90 days (maximum 2 donations/year) Women of childbearing age

- 90 days (maximum 4 donations/year) for men and menopausal women
