Cucchi Burgers

In recent years when people talk about the Famiglia Cucchi, the association with hamburgers comes almost naturally. This story starts much further back and begins in Centocelle in 1967 when Franco Cucchi opened his first Butcher's shop there, the one in which his son Claudio would take his first steps in the business and which would become over time an institution for the whole city of Rome. This passion for meat has been carefully handed down for three generations and has also involved Matteo and Emanuele, who joined the family business to continue this glorious tradition. The two brothers, thanks to the drive and enthusiasm of their 20s, have managed to bring freshness and innovation to what is a trade with ancient roots, which has been handed down from father to son since the dawn of time. Around 2019, in a small workshop in Via Bellegra, the idea that will lead them to the birth of the “Cucchi Burgers” format takes shape: a quality Hamburgeria accessible to all, with Delivery and Take Away service. Within two years the first outlets located within two key neighborhoods of the Capital were launched: San Giovanni and Centocelle. In a short time the project attracts great curiosity and thanks to the start of the Franchising today it boasts six outlets and more openings are planned that will lead this format to grow even more in the coming months. The element that has allowed the Cucchi family's hamburgers to become so iconic is the great attention to detail: from the highly selected cuts of meat, which allow the creation of unique blends, to the always fresh, top-quality ingredients that make each sandwich unique.
