The Info Point is located at the South entrance on the first floor and is open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
At the Info Point, you can:

• Participate in our satisfaction surveys about your experience at Romaest
• Book your taxi
• Get assistance if you have lost an item
• Receive information about the shops, restaurants, events, and services of the Center
