The HEAR/T service is a simultaneous video interpreting support in Italian Sign Language (LIS), designed to improve communication and reduce barriers during shopping at Romaest, and beyond.
The service is available from 9 AM to 9 PM on any smartphone, ensuring effective communication between customers and the staff throughout the center (information desk, shops, dining, services).
