A STORE CANCELED THE PURCHASE MADE WITH MY GIFT CARD, WHAT CAN I DO?

If a store cancels a purchase made with your gift card, you can go to the Info Point at the Shopping Center or call the toll-free number 800.141.736 to verify that the amount has not been deducted from your gift card.
