Are you looking to enter the retail industry or take your career in a new direction?

Through the Romaest Academy, in partnership with Randstad, you can join a free, high-level professional training program designed to help you develop new skills and prepare effectively for the workforce.

Romaest Academy offers a structured 100-hour program—combining training sessions and workshops—designed to equip you with the skills demanded by the retail market. Upon completion, in addition to gaining specialized technical skills, you will receive a certificate of attendance and an HACCP certification.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Recruiting Day, where you can meet brands located within the shopping center directly and discover real career opportunities.
